DESCRIPTIF
"The Little House" is a typical Normandy style house,
with a thatched roof and …. The floor area is 70m2 (ADD ALSO
SQUARE FEET) with a one-hectare lawn in front. The location
is calm and peaceful.
It has a ground floor and a mezzanine level :
- On the ground floor has a living room with an open-plan
kitchen, a double bedroom with large double bed and an en-suite
bathroom with a shower and WC.
- On the mezzanine level is another bedroom with two single
beds.
Other facilities include:
- Satellite television
- A dining table for six
- Washing machine and dishwasher
- A sofa and armchairs
- Good quality linen and towels are provided
- Fully equipped kitchen including toaster and kettle
The "Little House" is a very special home. It is
well designed, beautifully
SERVICES
- The housekeeping will be done each 2 days (except beds).
- The garden is keeping up each week.

- Caution : 500 euros
- The rent must be payable in advance, redeemable if the defection
has been signified more than 15 days before the arrival date..
- A statement of the place will be recorded with you at your
arrival and deliveried at your departure.
- Animals are not allowed (dogs and cats).
